Description
The Susitna Salmon Center is a unique gift shop, art gallery, and education center. Our gifts and art work from Alaskan artists have a salmon and river theme. We have aquaria with juvenile salmon and local fish (great for kids). We show documentaries about salmon and issues affecting salmon in Alaska (great for rainy days). Our biologist guide river walks Mon, Wed, and Fri at 9:30AM and discuss ecology of glacial rivers and salmon. We have two cabins available for nightly rentals.
