Buffet style meal includes:

Appetizer– Sampler platter, both cold and hot options

Salad– Green salad with choice of homemade dressings and pasta salad

Entrée choices– Prime rib and seafood alfredo

*Vegetarian option– Vegetable medley in green curry sauce*

Starch options– Garlic mashed potatoes, angel hair pasta, dinner rolls

Vegetable– Sautéed green beans

Dessert– Pastries, cake, and raspberry rhubarb crumble

Beverages– Water, coffee, iced/hot tea

Soda, espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails at guest’s expense
