Description
Studio Z Yoga offers weekly yoga classes in a unique yurt studio in Talkeetna. Therapeutic yoga, private instruction and custom workshops are also available by request.
Diane Ziegner is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher who has been teaching in Talkeetna since 1999. She received her hatha yoga teacher certification from Inner Dance Yoga Studio in Anchorage, Alaska and has done continued education on the therapeutic applications of yoga. Anatomical alignment, yoga philosophy, mind/body awareness, and use of props are all incorporated into her teaching. She encourages students to practice yoga appropriately at their own level to create strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.
