Above Alaska Aviation, LLC specializes in precision Alaska pilot training in Tailwheel Aircraft. Experience flying the way it was meant to be with either our Off Airport Bush Course or a Single Engine Sea Plane Rating.

We are dedicated to providing quality flight and ground training in our Float Course and Tailwheel Courses, with safety as our primary focus.We provide one-on-one personalized ground and flight instruction.

You can earn your Private Pilot Certificate, Tailwheel Endorsement, or get current again with a Biennial Flight Review.

We tailor our training program to meet your specific needs. Whichever course you choose, be it in a float plane or tailwheel, Above Alaska Aviation will bring you the adventurous training you expect.

We are located at the Talkeetna State Airport, only 45 minutes from Mt. McKinley!
